You must be of legal drinking age (21 years or older) to place an order for alcoholic beverages through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
We strive to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any product before making a purchase.
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through authorized methods specified on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Prices and availability of wine offers to customers, whether presented on the website, through email, or other means, are subject to change without prior notice. The availability of wine is dependent on the stock purchased by Finest Bottles or a quantity determined by Finest Bottles. Finest Bottles shall not be held responsible for typographical errors or technological malfunctions, and reserves the right to rectify any pricing errors without incurring any penalty to Finest Bottles or the customer. Finest Bottles also retains the right to establish minimum and maximum purchase quantities, and to cancel orders that violate these rules without penalty.
On occasion, unintended offers may appear on our website due to computer system issues, human errors, process faults, or other factors. Finest Bottles reserves the right to rectify such unintended offers and cancel any orders associated with them, providing a refund to the customer. Unintended offers may include, but are not limited to, the sale of wines that Finest Bottles does not have in stock or on pre-arrival, offers at incorrect prices, and misestimates of pre-arrival dates.
Finest Bottles offers some wines on a pre-arrival basis, meaning these wines have not yet reached our facility and are not available for immediate shipping. Such wines are clearly marked as "pre-arrival" in our online catalog and shopping cart, distinct from those listed as "in stock." Payment for pre-arrival wines is required at the time you place your order.
Estimated delivery dates (ETAs) provided at the time of purchase are intended as guidance only and are not guarantees. We work hard to bring in wines purchased on a pre-arrival basis within these timeframes.
We will NEVER automatically ship pre-arrival wines to you. Once your wines arrive at Finest Bottles, we’ll notify you by email so that you can arrange and pay for shipping or keep the wines in Finest Bottles' climate-controlled storage facility.
If you do not choose a shipment option, your wines will be held in our storage facility by default until further notice. Please note that storage fees may apply.
By logging into My Account, you can view any wines currently in storage or awaiting arrival. You can also arrange shipping for wines in storage directly from this page.

Occasionally, changes in import taxes and tariffs occur between the time we list a wine for sale and when we receive it from overseas. In such cases, Finest Bottles reserves the right to cancel your order if the new import taxes result in a higher landed cost for the wine.
In this scenario, if you choose not to pay the additional cost, we will refund 100% of your original purchase price. Finest Bottles is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor are we obligated to source a replacement for orders canceled due to increased import taxes.

Finest Bottles offers Bordeaux futures at UNTARRIFFED prices, meaning the listed price does not account for current or future tariffs.
Before purchasing Bordeaux futures, you will be asked to sign an agreement to cover any tariffs, taxes, or duties imposed upon delivery to the U.S. Please review this agreement for cancellation policies specific to Bordeaux futures.
For Bordeaux Futures purchases: ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND/OR TARIFFS IMPOSED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THESE WINES TO THE UNITED STATES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE WINE CAN BE RELEASED.
Certain wines offered by Finest Bottles on a pre-arrival or futures basis may be sold at UNTARRIFFED prices, despite being subject to import duties and tariffs. These wines are labeled on our website and in offer emails with a notice:
Price excludes U.S. import tariffs, which may be due from the buyer upon arrival. Please review our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
This indicates that the purchase price for these wines excludes any applicable tariffs, whether current or future.
Prior to purchasing such wines, you will need to sign an agreement accepting responsibility for any tariffs, taxes, or duties applied upon arrival to the U.S.
If tariffs or taxes are not paid as required, your order may be canceled or reduced, and a 20% standard cancellation fee will apply.
For these wines: ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND/OR TARIFFS IMPOSED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THESE WINES TO THE U.S. ARE THE BUYER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE REMITTED BEFORE THE WINE IS RELEASED.
In the event that a supplier of Finest Bottles is unable to deliver the originally sold quantity or bottle sizes, Finest Bottles guarantees that it will attempt to repurchase the wine from another source within a three-month period to fulfill its commitment to the customer. If the customer wishes to cancel the order without waiting for a replacement to be found, or if Finest Bottles is unable to source the wine within three months at a total cost equal to or below the original retail price paid by the customer, Finest Bottles will refund the original amount paid, including applicable sales taxes, without any cancellation fees. This guarantee does not apply to delays in pre-arrival deliveries, as the expected arrival dates provided at the time of purchase are only Finest Bottles’ best estimates.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. In the event of order cancellation or refusal, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine and spirits passes from the seller to the buyer at the point of fulfillment, and the buyer takes all responsibility for shipping the wine from the point of fulfillment to their home state. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the seller to act on their behalf in arranging for the transportation of the wine at the buyer’s direction.
Sales tax will be applied based on the point of fulfillment. The seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines, alcoholic beverages, or other goods into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine and other goods shipped to the applicable destination.
We are pleased to offer a full refund for in-stock wines if you request to cancel your order within 1 business day of the order date or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. This policy applies to all orders of in-stock items.
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. This policy applies to all orders of items designated as pre-arrival.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
